A great class for adults new to ballet or those returning after having some years away. This class looks to build from basic posture and ballet moves and stamina. It covers all the basics and is a fantastic way to tone up legs, stomach and strengthen your centre and improve flexibility.
Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm // £65 for an 11 week term // £7 weekly
A more advanced ballet class for adults who have danced to an Intermediate/Advanced level when younger, or for ex-professional dancers.
